I just left and wanted to tell what wonderful Care you gave me. I had a swollen arm and you did everything you could to make me comfortable and keep me informed about my care. Thank you so much.

This is the second time I’ve come here in regards to my child being sick or being exposed to an illness. There is a medical assistant there that is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the second time this person is our assistant and being exposed to flu, they accused me for letting my child around my mom when i still live at home with my mom. I would think as a professional you wouldn’t talk like that to a patient and parent. I’m not coming back after my second time being here.

My Granddaughter was seen in the shepherdsville office. Before the doctor came into her room she was laughing and make ing fun of my granddaughter with the other employees because my granddaughter was there for a sweat bee sting. My grand daughter has bad allergens she was worried about it and also she had a bad rash on her arm from the sting. I am not very happy with the way she was treated. May start going to the new place that just opened in town.
