Pleasant, professional, efficient staff. Seen relatively fast in relation to the crowded waiting room. APRN S. Gurung was thorough and provided excellent treatment. Would definitely schedule again if needed.

GREAT STAFF BUT THEIR HANDS ARE TIED...THEY NO LONGER HAVE MEANS TO DO ANY TESTING...NO X-RAY...NO EKG?..NO BLOOD TESTING... THIS NORTON SYSTEM IS A FAILURE TO ME

The staff was great everyone was nice. My purpose for the visit Pink eye and Sinuses....BUT the APRN DID NOT LISTEN!!! She did not listen to what I was saying about ME!! I told her I had sinus issues going on. A lot of pressure on the left side of MY face. Pressure on MY ears and MY neck hurts she said that had NOTHING to do with my sinuses, your sinuses is your nasal. I responded with well it hurts. Not one time did she check my ears, my neck, or my face or question the pressure /pain on the left side of my face and neck . She instead had someone to give me an eye test. (The one where you cover one eye and read what you see). She asked did it feel like something was in my eye? Yes stuff (mucus). I told her I woke up with a closed left eye. She asked did I have blurred vision? Yes (it has mucus draining I think that would cause blurred vision). Do you feel that u have to squint? (My eye is half open and half closed???) She cleans it with saline. Dabs my eye with some type of strip, pulls out a big light looks at my eye and finds NOTHING....(I'm thinking, I know I have the pink eye.....how much is this going to cost?? It was a waste!!!) She said since i woke up like this i may have scratched MY eye in my sleep.......She was VERY, Very nice but she sid NOT Listen!!! Listen!! Listen to the patient.....
