I am so glad that this place is here and you don't have to go to an emergency room in a hospital and wait forever the wait time was expected you know usually there for a couple of hours but that's everything all together I went in with a really bad lung infection and they were so kind and understood all my conditions I want to thank Dr Artemis panogopoulos she treated me so excellent right on point with everything whatever I needed for my condition she said she could do it get my prescription no problem I felt like I was really taken care of and that means a lot to me so I just wanted to put it out there to give her a thumbs up and everybody else was very very good

I have visited Norwood Urgent Care 3 times in 8 days, first crazy poison ivy, 2nd COVID 19 testing and 3rd today diagnosed with Shingles. Quick, easy, professional they even know who I am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I even take my disabled child with welcome arms. Thanks again.
