2 nurses at the front desk are rude and not helpful at all. They gave me a hard time checking in. I didn’t have my physical ID, they seemed to have an attitude because I asked to email it to them. The website clearly states that they do school physicals and sports physicals. They told me they don’t do school physicals. So I asked for a sport physical than they turn around and say well we don’t have the physical paper you have to bring it in. I don’t understand why don’t you have the papers if you do physicals. Furthermore I asked the woman if I could email it to her for her to print it. She tells me no! Once that happened I started getting very frustrated and had to take a deep breath she than changes her mind and says oh yes you can email it to me. These nurse needs to be trained for bedside manners. I will not be returning. On top of that it’s dusty and dirty. Looks like they never clean up
