DON'T GO HERE! If you have an injured bone or joint, go to an Ortho Urgent Clinic to save yourself time, money & the huge headache MedExpress will give you!!!!! Our experience - Minutes after getting off the phone w/ my insc company I went in to have an x-ray for my child's foot. I told the receptionists I needed to know the cost up front since my insc is 80/20 for Urgent Care facilities. She handed me a full color brochure that states that an office visit with x-ray will only cost me $189 total. We had to go to the bathroom before she completed my registration & I'm SO GLAD I did! Around the corner there is a HUGE sign listing out itemized cost for services and it was going to be at least 3 TIMES the cost on the brochure she gave me. When I asked the receptionist about it she acted innocent & said she had never seen that sign before. IT WAS 5 FEET TALL & at least 3-4 feet wide! Then she said I owe $25 for a co-pay and by the way we require you to give us a credit card to keep on file, so why don't you just pay that way. I just got off the phone with my insc, so I knew I had no co-pay, but she insisted. I figured I would be paying something eventually anyway, so I payed it, in cash. They make you blindly sign a digital blotter 3 times without showing you the computer so you have no idea what you are actually signing, which is unprofessional. Then I get 3 papers to sign, one that says I am self pay & have paid $25. I gave her my insc card, we discussed it, she typed it in! When I asked about this she said, I don't know maybe it's because you paid the co-pay yourself. Seriously??!?!!! She even asked the other lady. Then they want me to sign something saying they can charge up to $170 to my card when every they want. Honestly, I don't say things like this about people, but I couldn't tell if they were crooked & trying to rip me off (which has happened to me at an Urgent Care before, they're bad about that) or if they were just very, um, unintelligent, to put it nicely. Nothing they said made since or added up with printed materials they gave me or signs on the walls. So I asked for my money back & said forget it. Something is really not right here & I'm not comfortable with this. She wanted the paperwork back, but I took it in case they try to charge my card.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. I came for a workman's comp visit and they acted like they've never dealt with that before. I even had my workman's comp insurance policy card and they still couldn't understand it.

avoid this place at all cost!!!!! i would give it zero stars if i could. it took 3 hours for my 93 year old grandmother to be seen. the front desk person Marta was incredible rude, she kept rolling her eyes and dismissing my questions and acting like she was better than us. When i asked her how long it was going to take she said 30 minutes, and 3 hours later we were still there. this place is really a huge mess and highly disorganized. i honestly dont know how management has someone that rude working there.
