I saw a PA named Mary. I now understand the rhyme Mary, Mary, quite contrary. I explained my symptoms and was told I should have made an appointment with my Primary Care. I had made an attempt at that earlier in the week and that same day to no avail. Mary disappeared and came back later to proclaim SHE had made me an appointment with the doctor for later that same day. When I was confused and asked what happened now Mary quipped that you can’t please some people. I tried to explain that I had felt so poorly that I had someone else drive me and now I would have to go to another appointment later in the day. And, be billed for a second appointment. Mary replied, if it’s that bad I can call an ambulance. Thanks for nothing Mary. I received zero treatment and zero compassion.

Grandson had 103.8 feve lethargic and headache DIL took there and made it seem as if my thermometer broke, he had no fever because medication kicked in. No COVID test just sent home as ok..if fever kicks back on guess will go to ER and expose to more illness. Very sad that this is the care for Livingston county. Called with concerns over how ill he was and was told should of asked for COVID test..,,

I went in to get a COVID-19 test and was essentially told it would be a waste of time. My roommate recently tested positive for COVID and I have been experiencing several symptoms. I went in for a test on the recommendation from my primary care doctor but was told that I would be wasting my time, that I should just get a rapid test done somewhere else (they're quicker but far less accurate), and that I would probably be negative anyways. Both the receptionist and the nurse told me this. The real "waste of my time" was going there and speaking to those people.
