Booking appointment was easy. Staff was professional. Easy to talk to and felt he understood my symptoms and how I felt about things.

Went for just a rapid test and PCR, great people who care from what i can tell so far. Will consider coming back for any applicable needs!

The receptionist was very sweet. I waited less than 5 minutes to be escorted to a room. And the medical person (Dr., PA or w/e) was very personable and helpful. He answered all of my questions throughly and couldn't have been more pleasant, which is more than I can say for any other urgent care facility that I've been to in the area. I will be back!

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Nurse practitioner was very thorough and I was in and out very quickly

I showed up at 8:55 for a 9am appt, building closed. They showed up at 9.... then proceeded to tell me I had to go out the found I already did online Then, they added vitals to my online record --- that weren't mine!! Then, I was promised/guaranteed test results by 6pm. It's now 6:30 and don't have the results and nobody in answering the phone.

Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick visit and easy process. Highly recommend!
