Will never come back.
Showed up at 7:45 pm (they close at 8) for my daughter whom hurt her foot. Staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them cause we showed up late. Staff never said they don't have x-ray, would have left then and there if we knew that. Went into the back, seen by a PA whom was shocked that the staff didn't tell us they don't have x-ray. Got a nifty ace wrap for $105.00 and a $200.00 charge for 5 minutes of her time and no diagnosis, yay us! After going to our primary care doc the following day and getting said x ray, we finally get the problem sorted out. Called to work out a payment with Lilliana Rodriguez (she's a real peach ::insert eye roll:: ), as $307 is a bit excessive for what we got and honestly would have never stayed if we knew they didn't have x ray, and after 15 phone calls and 3 months, will never, ever come back to this place. Lesson learned. Additionally, I see why the staff is so grumpy after dealing with the office "manager". Lilliana is inflexible and unaccommodating. I would leave a message and never get a call back. When I finally did get a hold of her, I would have to remind her of everything we spoke about over the previous weeks / months. Very careless for the actions of a manager. Hopefully Dr. Salem reads this and reconsiders her choice for office manager, because she just lost my family as patients. As a medic for 20 years, I would advise patient's to utilize urgent care services for prompt and efficient care, however, I am going to change my practice after this experience. You're better off going to the ER until they get standards set for urgent cares, like this sub-par place. Sorry, but this "manager" killed it for me. I'd go to Hoag Urgent Care or Memorial Urgent Care if you need it, both of which are 5 min away from here. Best of luck!
