I was seen by a male (nurse-Doctor )at this facility for a possible bladder infection. I had a urine sample done, and he said it was negative...I know samples need 2 days to do cultures of the urine, since I have been a medical secretary for years.. The next night I experienced 104% temp, was shaking on my bed for 1 hour...I slipped off the bed trying to get to the bathroom .I couldn,t move...I was paralyzed..Thank God my grandson and his girl were at my home since I was not feeling well before this incident....I was taken by rescue to the hospital and treated for 5 days...I developed sepsis and came close to losing my life....I would never recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone...I was told I should have brought charges against them for this near fatal neglect on their part....

I went for a simple physical for high school sports. I never saw any other patients, as far as I know we were the only one waiting. waited for 30 minutes before being told I was ready start. They sent me to a room and said the doctor would be in shortly. waited another half hour until she showed up. She took my blood pressure and I gave her the sheet she was required to fill out for my school. There were questions about how different parts of my body were. She asked me how they felt and filled it out. Filled out the lower half of the sheet without asking me about those body parts. there were no other questions it was not a real physical and it took a long time to wait.
