I went into clinic feeling awful on March 29, 2019 with a temp of 100.6, lethargic, headache, muscle/body aches.The staff were caught off guard maybe because Covid was anew. Anyway, they put me in a room, shortly after told me to go to my car and wait. I waited about 20 minutes before called back into a room for another 25 minutes. Someone came in took my vitals and tested me for flu. NP Kimberly Matthews came in did a quick assessment, said I was negative for flu and said I had a sinus infection.i went hone and in a few days in ICU on a ventilator with Covid. If the NP was uncertain of protocol she should have had me go to ER. I was fortunate that I survived the horrible virus. I will never trust this urgent care ever again with my health. It was obvious that the person in charge made the incorrect diagnosis!

Daughter was seen in the clinic. Incorrect diagnosis which landed us in the ER. Pricey visit that should have been caught at urgent care.
