My first experience seeking out care @ Ochsner urgent care: No actual assessment was done, they ordered an x-ray of an area other than where the problem was, and was I was then told to go to "UMC" next time.....wherever that may be.... Is this the best that Ochsner can do?

The staff greeting you was friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner seemed angry. She had an attitude of I will save you from yourself. Either she is trying to save humanity from itself or she just doesn’t like certain people. I left there feeling worse than when I went in. The nurse practitioner made me feel like I was trying to do something wrong. I left feeling like a criminal trying to get antibiotics. I will not go back.
