Serving as a primary care provider in the Salt Lake City area, Olympus Family Medicine sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 6 days a week at their clinic located at 4624 Holladay Blvd E with today's hours being 8:00AM to 8:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

I went in to see NP Shannon Quinn for my first time and I was so pleased with the care she provided. NP Shannon Quinn is so courteous ! She spent so much time talking to me and listening to me and had excellent eye contact . I felt comfortable to tell her how I was feeling and I could tell she was truly listening and actually cared. Thank you !

I wish I could give this office and providers zero stars. The absolute worse care I have ever received has been at this office. The receptionist(s) were the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. It would be comical if not incredibly infuriating the situation my children and I found at these visits. I stopped going after the creepiest doctor invited my daughter to his office after the appointment alone! This office does not care about you or your family. They do not train their staff. The doctors are over worked and understaffed. They just want your money. This office is peak predatory medical profiteering.

The doctors are amazing! But the billing/medical coding team is incompetent. My family is waiting on a multi thousand-dollar coding error to be corrected. The error occurred in 2021, it is now OVER A YEAR LATER, and we are still waiting for the correction. We paid the multi thousand-dollar bill, but now are incurring hundreds of dollars of interest that we will never get back. In 2020, we had a coding error for charge, much smaller, for an appointment. We tried to fight it but were sent to collections. The billing/medical coding staff are not nice, and not understanding. When you try to fight them, they put you on “probation”. If you go against them, they request that you stop. I have no idea how Olympus Family Clinic can keep in business…yes, it is a business. I have left Olympus for another clinic with EXCELLENT billing staff and, to be honest, better doctors. The rest of my family is sure to follow. I don’t miss a chance to tell friends and family my experience at Olympus clinic.

Said they would call me back with questions about caring for a patient of theirs with covid 19. I didn't get a callback. Knowing some medicines can be administered at the onset of the illness of making it better, it is irresponsible and negligent of them not to provide care for their patients.
