Very fast and friendly.

Since I did not hear otherwise, I showed up at my scheduled appointment time and waited for the nurse. Little did I know that nobody showed up for work the day of my testing appointment because of inclement weather. The company failed to communicate this to me through the app so I showed up and sat in my car and wasted my time. Please fix your app so you can communicate cancellations in order to avoid patient abandonment in the future.

We used the outside free antigen test services twice. Great service, friendly competent people. Only issue was that after the second test the system kept sending out the first test results. We contacted the manager and she emailed the correct test results to us.

Great quick service , just upset we have to wait for the non rapid because they were out of the rapid but on the site said rapid was available.

Online it says rapid test are available but they are not once you go in person. If rapid test are not available then you shouldn’t be able to book an appointment for it online.
