Was able to schedule in the middle of the night and could be seen early in the morning. Only had to wait a little bit maybe 15-20 mins, the check in process was easy and front desk staff was very kind. Everyone I saw was nice, professional, and helpful.

The gal up front checking in was not very friendly nor was very imformative in answering insurance in regards to copays, etc.  When I called back on the phone with a question for the PA, she was just as clueless as she was chevking me in.

Had a fall down some stairs was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning online. Super easy everything done online, paperwork,then could check in when I arrived online. Staff was friendly and I felt did all the necessary things to help me. Will come back if needed.

I didn't have an appointments I just walked in, said that I fell and would like an x ray. That helped me fill out the paper work, my wait was very short, the x ray should nothing was broke I just had a bad browse. The doctor payed attention when said how it happened prescribed to meds. In all I was impressed with the care.

Scheduling was great! But my appointment time was not kept, it took over 30 min past my appointment time for them to verify my insurance and get me back in a room. Once in there, the health aide was great. Doctor didn’t seem to want to be there at all.
