I have been to Highpoint at this location for 3 times. I believe the checkin questions I had to do prior to my checkin are redundant. I should just have to prove i am me and most of the rest should auto-populate in the system. That is a waste of my time.

I had a problem with my "good ear" (I am deaf in one ear), and I was in a panic.  I called my PCP and he had no openings so suggested that I go to Urgent Care. I scheduled an appointment online with no hassles and then checking in at the facility.  They were so friendly.  I loved Laurel, the PA. She was so kind and genuinely cared about my concerns. She gave me great information and helped me!  She was wonderful!  And Ian, the EMT who cared for me before the appointment and also helped out with irrigating my ear canal, was so kind and caring!  Great experience!
