The office is clean, the staff is friendly, but the reservation system that lets you schedule an appointment, but it’s not an appointment, is a bit silly. Why have the option to schedule a time online if it means absolutely nothing? Several people in the waiting room asked the receptions why the wait was so long when they booked an appointment and I heard her have to explain multiple times that it’s not actually an appointment. I wasn’t the only one confused by the whole appointment that is not an appointment. Total wait time in the lobby for me was an hour and a half.

I still have a sinus infection/sickness. I asked for antibiotics and was given cough medicine, for 3 DAYS. I am still coughing like crazy and I feel like I still need antibiotics. I was tested wrong and I’m still sick and frustrated about it

Decided one evening to get an x-ray for a finger injury. I was able to book 1st thing the next morning. It was really super easy and the staff was waiting for me when I arrived the next morning. Everyone was kind patient, professional, and friendly. I would definitely call them again if I felt I needed immediate care.
