The doctor, Javier was very knowledgeable. He prescribed a dosage based on my personal body composition. Very important because he made sure it was correct!

My son came home from college to receive care and we were in and out very quickly. Testing was done during triage so results were ready shortly after seeing the physician. Prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away. I would highly recommend this OnPoint!

I booked an appointment convenient for me. Walked in and was called back within a few minutes. Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and professional!  I was out of the appointment in just over 30 minutes from start to finish. I told a gal at the desk in the back that this was the best experience I’d ever had at an urgent care. My pcp is difficult to get an appointment with so I’ll certainly return to this facility in the future.  Thank you for the quick, friendly, and professional care I received!

Have a very messed up arm. I called prior to visiting to see if they were able to even handle the problems I was experiencing or if I needed to go to a hospital. The lady told me to come in and that they could deal with  the problems I was having and she said yes come in. All I had was an x ray of what appears to be a tendon problem? Does that make sense? I could have told you nothing was broken. I needed more than an X-ray. Anyways they sent me home with a ridiculously expensive brace and sling. I also got a copy of my x-ray on a cd. I don’t know anyone who still has a cd reader. So I will probably have to get them again because who have a cd rom any more? I’m still. In a huge amount of pain, my arm is swelling and is WORSE. So I feel like I was ripped off. I did not need your help. When I feel better I will write a public review. But the lady who talked to me should have known, or explained what I could have expected.

This is a great facility to go to in the event you have an issue. Scheduling ahead or walk in are both convenient. The staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

I went in for a hip injury and they eventually  determined that it was not serious just a little painful. Then they went beyond that initial problem and found I had low blood pressure. They contacted my cardiologist who recommended stopping my blood pressure medication. This was above and beyond what I expected they could have easily just told that I should see him. They were thorough and caring.

It is very easy to schedule an appointment. Staff quickly greeted me with a friendly smile. The intake nurse was fantastic and remembered me from before. The nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. I truly appreciate Onpoint in Highlands Ranch. I have been going to them for many years.

Feeling lousy with chest congestion. The OnPoint in Highlands Ranch was great. Easy to schedule and get a quick appt. All the drs, nurses and staff were very helpful and caring. A great experience.

Care was fine but took 90 minutes from time we walked in for reservation.  Also a bit expensive.  319.00 is the minimum charge even though they have posters in the office stating average cost of urgent care is 256.00.  Time to update your information.

The staff was great! Apparently there was only one doctor (which I never saw) and they originally said 45 minute wait but then it was changed to an hour and a half wait.  If they knew it was going to be twice as long as they said it would have been better. There were only 3 people in the waiting room when I checked in and it did take the hour and a half. The PA and other ladies were great.
