The doctor was super easy to talk to very quick and efficient and was able to get my meds refilled!

Meds never got called in. I waited so long and have a great talk with the doc now I wasted the whole morning and need to find someone to do their job.

Overall great experience, but unfortunately afterwards I never received my prescription order or note for work! The two things I desperately needed (and still need).  I tried reaching out via email since there is no phone number to contact. Still have not heard anything. Extremely disappointment and aggravated!

They do not give out discharge paperwork and when calling front desk they are not able to get ahold of provider. When asked to speak to a manager regarding care they wouldn’t allow it

Provider was very helpful, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone wanting a positive experience with appointments, wait time and kindness.

She was great. She addressed my concerns both times. I had a very bad cold that I tried to push through and couldn’t push through any longer. It’s the same medication that fixes me anytime I get a cold so I’m grateful to be feeling better tomorrow. Thank you for your time.

Mrs Grissett was very friendly and explained things to me where I understood. I really appreciate her helping me with my needs. Highly recommend.
