First time using Solv or any over the phone service with a healthcare provider and I can say this was a great experience. From the first person I spoke with to the doctor, very friendly and attentive. I will say I hope I never have to speak with them again, due to being sick is not very fun, but I will definitely use if needed. Thanks Dr. Ali for a great service and prompt response.

On Point Urgent Care is great! I have received care here a few times and it is always quick and efficient. The staff and Ali are friendly and informative.
