Extremely family friendly!! The staff hustled all while being thorough, adapted to our needs to ensure our children were taken care of and comfortable! 3 under 6 and sick momma- they impressed. (Oh-I am an RN- everything was executed as I’d expect) Amazing!!!

Arrived with UTI symptoms at 5pm, discharged at 7pm.  Bedside manner of medical assistant was HORRIBLE. VERY curt demeanor, mumbled and fast-speaking like he couldn’t be bothered to do my intake. I had to ask him again a again to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying and he got irritated with me for asking.  When I told him I’d taken some medicine to manage my painful symptoms while I was at work he shook his head “no” and was smirking like I was an idiot. He did not tell me any of my vital results (BP, Temp, Pulse Ox) Finally when I was dealing with the nurses they were MUCH kinder and helpful, very compassionate and patient. The last thing you want to deal with when you are in 10/10 pain is someone’s disgruntled attitude problem, lose that MA he is AWFUL!!!

I fell hiking and hurt my finger. This happened on a Sunday, I was so glad OnPoint Urgent care was open and open until 7pm. I was able to get in and get seen fairly quickly. An X-ray showed I broke my finger.  The staff was wonder all around from checking in to the staff that took my vitals to the doctor that I saw.
