Two days of experiencing a sore throat, I decided to go to Urgent Care as a walk-in. I was immediately assessed and left within 40 minutes. The bulk of the time was waiting on test results. I would definitely visit this practice again,  if my primary care physician  was not available.

I’ve been nursing a few blisters on my feet which have been painful and possible infection.  Quick check in and saw the Doctor within 15 mins of arrival.  Got some recommendations and antibiotics for the sores and out the door.  Good experience at this facility today

What happened was the following. My wife and I were air blowing the porch and we noticed raccoons above in ceiling under deck. We found online that we could have inhaled dangerous stuff and we should go to emergency to get albendazole. We went to Hackettstown emergency department. We said the same at front desk. But at intake room a lady sat in front of computer and asked if we came for rabies shot. We said no and explained everything. Then she went inside and brought the doctor. Doctor sat in bed. We were standing. Doctor dismissed the case after listening. Strange to hear the doctor say something like “we go out when wind blowing and we may inhale many things. If we get chest pain we don’t go to hospital”.  I said that is not the right thing to do. Even the lady there said “no we should”.  Later we found the hospital charge 1348 per person.

my doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. he gave me options for steroids and a referral. I declined but it was nice to have that option available. Front desk staff were very friendly and chatted quietly amongst themselves (i was the only one in the waiting room) you can tell they enjoy working together and their job!

They took me back in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were and helped me find a pharmacy that was still open to get my medication. Everyone was very friendly as well!

Scheduling an Appointment is simple and quick. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The care was excellent.

Was told the waot would be an hourish, ended up waiting for over 2 hours just to get into a room, then another 30 just to ser a doctor. It did not feel like anything was happening, and no reason was given for the extended wait.

The receptionist and nurse were phenomenal. If I could give them 5 stars I would. The NP (whose name I can’t remember at the moment, maybe Maryann?) was friendly and kind. But I did not leave the appointment feeling confident. I truly felt like antibiotics were prescribed just to “check off a box” and not actually solve the problem, because she was unsure of what the rash or bumps on the skin were from. Originally the ears looked great, but after not being able to diagnose the skin condition, the cough, or the congestion, she took a look at the ears and decided one “might” be a little red. She also left the room without saying goodbye and giving results from swabs, so I had no idea the appointment was even over. I thought she left to check on them and would come back to let me know. I was waiting in the room for her to come back and finish. I’m not one to take antibiotics just for the sake of it, or as she put it “give it a try,” so we did not end up picking them up. I don’t normally use urgent care but the pediatricians office was closed and I was worried it would be a rough night and thought it would be best to get checked out. Waste of time and money. Will be seeing regular doctor in the morning.

For the most part, I was well cared for, but when the machine beeped, they took a long time to come; they didn't change my sheets even once, nor did they sweep or mop my area.
