Terrible wait time said they do not work w solv and scheduled me for an hour after i was confirmed on solv the reception ladies had an attitude and were not happy.  the doctor i saw did not check my ears or throat… i advise not going to this location its the worst

Had sore throat and felt chilly. Was able to book appt quickly and was seen right away! Check in was quick and was seen within 15 mins! Did the flu/covid test and out of there in 30 mins! Doctor was really nice, listened to me explaining all my symptoms and prescribed medication after checkup!

Dr Goldstein was excellent, very smart, efficient and caring all 3 wonderful dr qualities  recommend optum urgent care

Had a terrible sore throat for 4 days   I was seen first by medical assistant who was lovely. Next, the nurse practitioner came in. She told me since it wasn’t strep throat I have allergies. She would not stop with allergies. I don’t have seasonal allergies, never. I told her my throat felt like it was closing. She said my throat was fine, not even red. The medical assistant told me it was red. I asked to speak to a doctor and was told I’d have to wait an hour to see a PA. When making appointments it would be nice to know that no doctors were going to be in. She told me she was the doctor. I kept explaining how much pain I was in and she kept going back to the allergies. Bad experience. Most likely won’t go back.

Waited for over 40 mins with no other patients in the waiting room or ahead of us.

The doctor listened to my concerns and the symptoms that I have been experiencing for over a week. With the new antibiotic and decongestant I should be back to my old self.

This staff and doctors are amazing! Unlike primary care physicians that you can’t get an appointment with! Through! Caring! On on point! Thank you . I wish they could be my primary care.
