Scheduling was such a breeze Check in was easy  Staff were great Dr. O is the best pediatrician!! Absolutely love his bedside manner. He puts the children at ease and makes the visit “fun” We were happy to wait outside until the nurse called us.  No issues with Optum urgent care mount kisco !

I had a cold for over a week, woke up Friday with a sore throat and my ears and face paining so bad, so I decided to book an appointment that same morning, I was in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor was so attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Traveling and needed to deal with a problem. Easy to schedule on a Sunday. Problem addressed quickly and efficiently.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The staff was friendly & professional. I was seen on time by a wonderful doctor, Dr Newborn. I never felt rushed as he answered all of my questions. He diagnosed the issue quickly and the meds are beginning to work.

I’ve used this particular Urgent care a number of times. This is the first time I used online scheduling and it was fantastic! So easy! I’ve received great care every time I’ve gone there. I’m so pleased they’re close to where I live!  The staff are all very nice and professional!  I would highly recommend this provider. Keep up the good work!

I was sick and doctor took care of me.  Glad that there is a place to go when your personal doctor is jam packed and they can’t fit you in.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. The Mt. Kisco Urgent Care unit was one of the very nicest medical stops that I have had during my many years of doctor/nurse visits. Mine, was what I felt should be an instant lookzee due my surrounding issues of Chimo. I was given a near instant exam within a very short time of same-day. Everyone treated this 81 year old with kindness and full respect. Aside from all of the nurses and the doctor, it was so very nice to be remembered by Nurse Robin... Robin was a neighbor of ours a good number of years ago and WOW!, the first words out of her mouth was "I know you Mr. Lindros!" That took me by surprise and a very nice surprise it was.
