Everyone was great. The Doctor I saw she was wonderful.

Woke up with severe abdominal pain. Was able to walk in without an appointment and was seen pretty quickly

Fell hurt my foot. People at this facility were great.

Waist of time going there. It seems the only thing they can do is send you to ER they never have the necessary equipment even though they clearly say that the can take medical imaging

My child had a 9:30 a.m. appointment, but by 10:30 a.m. we still had not been seen. I understand that urgent care centers must prioritize patients with more serious medical needs, and I completely respect that emergencies can cause delays. However, when I approached the front desk to ask for an update, the staff member's response was rude and came across as dismissive and condescending. Rather than simply explaining the delay, I was told that there were emergencies and that we were not a priority. While I understand the reason for the delay, the tone and manner in which this was communicated were unprofessional and made me feel as though my concerns were unwelcome. A delay is understandable, but courtesy and respectful communication should remain a priority regardless of how busy the clinic is. A brief, empathetic explanation or apology for the wait would have gone a long way

Dr was very thorough and quickly dispelled my diagnosis thankfully because I was wrong.  I thought I had a bug bite and it was actually shingles.  He prescribed medicine and provided me with a thorough discussion as to my treatment.  Thank you, Dr.

Booked an appointment but ended up waiting more than 30 minutes.  Otherwise the medical staff was helpful, friendly and very professional.

Courtney was very friendly, professional and made me feel at ease! She let me know my blood pressure was a little high and so now I will keep an eye on it! All around great experience with everyone there!

After driving home from work in severe pain with back cramps and difficulty breathing, I was so grateful for the team here. They attended to me instantly, and within 30 minutes, I felt immense relief. Outstanding service and compassionate staff all around!
