Excellent staff and doctor. You can check in on-line and and it's very smooth. I have a broken toe and received an xray with follow up. Great location and professional team. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Absolutely the best. I highly recommend this place for all your medical needs!

Scheduling was easy. Wait time wasn't long, and I appreciated the app letting me know how long until I was seen or how many people were in front of me. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

Booking was easy but I wasn’t seen for about 45 minutes after appointment time. The waiting room was empty with the exception of only 1 other person waiting, the receptionist was mostly there but couldn’t be seen from the waiting room Odd. The doctor on duty was attentive, perceptive, referred me for testing. And called me the next day to make sure I received the right care. Impressive!

I had a very mixed experience during my visit yesterday. First, I waited almost 40 minutes just to get checked in, and thank goodness I was able to check in online. After that, I waited nearly two hours to be seen, which was extremely frustrating. I do want to recognize the medical assistant, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. She was absolutely amazing—very sweet, informative, professional, and had incredible bedside manner. She genuinely made me feel comfortable and deserves recognition for the way she treats patients. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider was the complete opposite. He came across as dismissive and rude, which made the appointment uncomfortable. What bothered me most was witnessing how he spoke to the medical assistant when she was asking him for a note for me. His tone toward her felt demeaning, and afterward, I overheard him complaining to another employee about her supposedly giving him a command. The entire interaction was awkward and uncomfortable to witness as a patient. I understand that healthcare settings can be busy and stressful, but professionalism and respect should go both ways. The way the provider communicated with both me and his colleague made what should have been a straightforward medical visit feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. The medical assistant was truly the highlight of my visit, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. However, the excessive wait time and the provider’s attitude significantly affected my overall experience.

The staff at the office in Springfield, NJ is great. The staff is always very courteous and professional. The service they provide is excellent. It is definitely, my go to office to visit when I need to be seen without an appointment.

I was diagnosed and given 3 medications without diagnostics or testing which didn’t make me feel comfortable taking them. Wish I could receive a refund as I still want to go to my primary care MD tomorrow to confirm if I need testing and if 3 meds should be taken without testing.

The doctor cared. Made sure I got the ok from OB even though he knew the medication was safe to take. Spoke to OB as well

From the minute I walked into AHC very clean office, I was greeted with friendliness. I was call right away and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. To the receptionist, thanks for your office hospitality.

I love this place, they are quick and helpful. No waiting line. Both place are are the best Urgent Car, the linden locations and the route 22 Springfield
