Needed to be seen for a UTI and the process could not have gone any smoother.  Everyone was very professional and friendly.  I would definitely recommend this place for treatment.

All staff that I had contact with——receptionist, nurse and doctor—-were friendly, helpful and competent.  My only complaint was a > one hour wait time despite having booked an appointment in advance.

Wait time was over an hour and a half after scheduling though Solv.  We left and went to a different provider urgent care

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

The visit was fantastic. The service was great. But I know you didn’t just send me a text at 10 o’clock at night when you know that I was there because I was sick and I was probably trying to sleep now.

Scheduled a Covid test with ease. Wait time, response time exceptional. Highly recommend this facility

I went in for a UTI and was in and out less than 30 minutes.  The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.  The Dr wrote a prescription and sent it immediately to the Pharmacy.  I highly recommend them.

I actually can’t say enough positives about this location. It was a short wait time, the reception personnel were friendly and the office was clean. I had children with me and the medical assistant that seen me was very discreet in communicating with me about my medical issues and I greatly appreciated it!  To follow ,  the  provider was personable and  very efficient both in a time and service. The provider made sure I had everything I needed to recover. Great care team !

Developed a UTI and made an appointment with ease.  It was fairly crowded when I arrived and did have to wait an hour but was checked in by a very sweet young lady.   Upon being called I was met by another very friendly and kind nurse.   Did not have to wait at all for the Dr and everything was explained in detail.  Except for the wait I was very pleased with my visit.
