Atlantic Health Urgent Care at, Wall

The front desk lady was so kind & warm & compassionate to me in my time of need. I was in & out in 30 minutes. The nurse & doctor was incredible helpful kind & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in the doctor’s appearance. He was dressed entirely in black street clothes, with no visible white coat or clear identification indicating his name or credentials. While I understand that a white coat isn’t required, I believe medical professionals should be easily identifiable to patients. A white coat or clearly displayed name badge helps establish professionalism, trust, and confidence, especially in an urgent care setting where patients are often meeting a provider for the first time. Unfortunately, his appearance did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a medical facility.

I was a walk-in. I had a nasty cough and was all congested.  The receptionist helped me with a couple of forms and I was called into the office in about 10 minutes.  The doctor examined me and explained his findings, sent a couple of prescriptions to my pharmacy and I was on my way. Today as I’m writing this review, feeling much better, I’m so glad I stopped in yesterday.  Highly recommend!!!

We had a good experience with our appointment. We were a walk-in and was able to check in with their QR code and get all the paperwork done right online.  So fast!  The nurse who went over all the particulars and symptoms was fantastic! Very thorough, very kind.  The doctor saw us within minutes of going into his room.  He was easy to talk to and took the time to go over everything that was going on.  We will definitely use Atlantic again if need be.  You can’t go wrong here!

My appointment was easy to schedule and the office and entryway were very clean. The front desk attendant could have been somewhat friendlier but she was fine.  My intake nurse was so wonderful. She did my vitals and was so kind. My condition was stressed induced and I ended up tearing up. She listened, showed empathy and was very professional. I cannot say  enough great things about her. I wished she was my provider.  I am not sure if my provider was an APN or PA as she did not introduce herself with a title. She was nice but I felt so rushed. Maybe she was with me for 5 mins or less.  It was  if she wanted to check a box. I tried to ask questions but it was though she was backing out the door. I understand the ease of urgent care and that clinician see so many patients a day but there is improvement needed in bedside manner and enabling patients to feel seen and heard.  But again, my in take nurse was amazing - promote her !!!

I still have not gotten my prescription, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy but that pharmacy didn’t have it either. These people are horrible.
