I walked in, even though I’ve been there several times before, had to submit 13 pages of paperwork from my mobile phone despite the fact that there were two available receptionist there to check me in. I don’t know why there are receptionist if you’re going to force people to check in on an iPad, which is strange for multiple reasons. People come to urgent care sick often times so why you would have people continuously touching the same iPad and potentially spreading illnesses beyond me.  Then I saw the provider, she was very nice. But she looked at what I was there for in less than 45 seconds and prescribed me an antibiotic cream that made absolutely no change with no course of action beyond that. So honestly, I will probably be going to a different urgent care from here on Out.

Staff was great from check in to being called in the back. I apologize for not remembering the name of the woman who removed my stitches but if I ever need stitches removed again…. She can remove them anytime.

FNP was informative and helpful, rest of the staff was also pleasant and professional

I can’t say enough good things about everyone from the reception area to the doctor. Everybody listened everybody! They listened the doctor said I know my body best but at the same time he did double check and to me that’s a very smart doctor to do both. You are my Urgent Care now I will not go anywhere else
