Covid test was not properly performed, came back inconclusive, rerun and came back negative. Same day he consistently tested positive on rapids.

It took a long time to get started. About an hour wait. Everything went well after the long wait. Got my results back in good time. I booked my appointment on line.

This needs a serious process improvement review. Things are done in sequence vs. in parallel. How it is being done: A) You wait in your care outside the drive through testing facility. B) After a long wait time, the doors of the facility open up. C) You drive into the facility and the hand you the Paperwork to fill out. [Issue #1: I filled this all out online, but I still had to fill it out again.]. D) Once I filled out the paperwork, THEN they administered the TEST. E) Then I drove away PROCESS IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATION: => Have someone hand out the paperwork tto the cars waiting in line outside. They can fill out the forms while the staff is administering the test to those inside the testing facility. You could easily double the number of people getting tested or cut in half the time it takes for those on the schedule.

Signage out front was a bit difficult to see, so it was confusing how to access the drive through COVID test site. But once I got that figured out, the process was smooth and efficient. Staff was very professional and safe.

This was the first time I used this lab and location. Everyone was friendly, and I appreciated their caring manner. I would go here again. The drive-thru experience was great.

I called the week prior to understand the protocol. They said I did not need an appointment. However, when I arrived, there were signs saying ‘appointment only’. I made an appointment while I was in line, but it was for 45 min later. When it was my turn, there was no mention of appointments. It seems the signs should be changed?

Solv needs to fix the birth date fields on ALL forms as soon as possible. I couldn't type my birth date in, I had to back the calendar up month by month to the 1970s! Ridiculous.

The people who served me were great. The test results did not come back in 24 hours. That is in my concern.

Both my wife and I were tested for COVID. The location in Pontiac wasn’t a problem. It was a drive thru setup which made the testing very convenient. The personnel at the location were very friendly and the testing went smoothly. The problems arose when we received emails the next day that our results were available. After several attempts following the instructions provided, neither of us have been able to obtain our results. We also both called the provided number trying to get our results. The automated system was also not of any help. We are both totally frustrated by this experience. We contacted our insurance company and told them not to pay for the testing since as far as we know, nothing was properly completed. There is no way this company should be allowed to continue this faulty operation.

I can’t get my results, and when I try to contact someone to get help I run into a dead end each time I try. I would definitely not recommend this facility!
