Thus is my very first time in this clinic. I have been dealing with a cough and ear pain so I walked in the clinic. The front desk staff was friendly but the provider was very unprofessional. She did not tell me any diagnosis. She just looked in my ears and said "I'll send you ear drops and cough medicine over". I had to ask if I had an ear infection and then she did confirm. She was very quick and abrupt. She did not spend any time addressing my question. I doubt I will be coming back unless a new provider is there.

Everything went smoothly at the visit and staff was very attentive!

As always as a Walk In, i’m treated as if a had an appointment, front desk person is always polite, professional and friendly. They make my payment always for me, and the Physician is Amazing, i will always make this Urgent Care (Ouch) my Go to !

Just confused on how the billing works. Why could I not pay there and you say you take my insurance. I was told to wait for a text and I could do it then but no bill has been sent to me and I’m supposed to put in my insurance info for them to show how much I pay. Just a little confused. Can someone help me or explain this better to me. Why could I not pay there and just pay my copay when I’m in network.

Have been going to Ouch walk in for years. Always appreciate the staff & physicians. Like the scheduling on line and notification reminders.

Physician Assistant send me for bloodwork and before I even got there I saw on her report that she had already prescribed medication without blood results for possible infection. On top of that, she never sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and no prescription request was found. When I tried to call the Ouch location many times, nobody ever answered the phone. Sheer incompetence!

I was in and out of Ouch, with my prescription ordered, in less than 30 mins. So glad I tried them as my primary care couldn’t even see me for hours. Very clean, quiet, and well run clinic. Very friendly and professional staff. Will be back there for all urgent needs because it is so quick and efficient.

Scheduling was same day and the provider made it so easy. I was checked in with a smile and the attention to my complaint was never distracted. The provider displayed great knowledge and compassion with my medical complaints and called in my prescription before l got to the Pharmacy.
