Dr. Adler is very rude and doesn’t care for his patients. I went in to be tested for strep throat. The first tech only swabbed my tongue which of course resulted in a negative test. Dr. Adler mocked me when I explained how sore my throat was and that my daughter had tested positive for strep one hour earlier. He compared my complaint of a sore throat to someone who complains of a headache. I demanded a retest which they did. The lady swabbed my throat the correct way which ended up showing I was in fact positive for strep! They never did a Covid test either so I did one at home and tested positive for that also. They then also kept trying to prescribe me medicines I’m allergic to after going over my allergy list several times. That was very concerning!!! I will not go back here as long as Dr. Adler is still there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If I could give this place a zero raising I would have. I went in after about five days of sore throat, coughing, congestion, ear pain, achey muscles, headache etc without insurance because I just started a new job and health benefits have not yet kicked in, and was told there isn’t anything they can do. I’ve always been prescribed a z-pak with other doctors with the same symptoms and they always help me recover quicker. This guy was a complete jerk, looked in my ears and listened to my lungs. Then said to go home and rest because I had not yet been sick for ten days. What the hell?? Since when do you have to be sick for a certain period of time before you can be seen by a doctor? I have dark green and brown mucus, a raw throat, dry cough, body aches and felt feverish last night. This man never once checked my throat or tonsils or cared to ask any of the right questions. I feel like this is strep throat. He simply went on a rant about how a bruised knee doesn’t equal a broke leg. He refused to write and prescription or order any tests. I spent $75 to be sent home!! Do not waste your time or money! Do yourself a favor and go to Watson clinic where they treat their patients with respect.

I brought my daughter in for a 5 day fever, being exposed to strep throat at school, very swollen red tonsils, vomiting and just overall feeling I’ll. It was day 4 so I wanted to bring her in. They did a strep swap but barely touched her throat. Claimed it was negative. Did a Covid swab and it was also negative. The Man Dr. refused to give her ANY medicine despite being exposed and a continuous fever and symptoms. I took her to another doctor the next day. She in fact was very quickly positive for strep throat. I paid a $50 co-pay. Fine. Don’t care. But they did not help us at all but waste our time and money when she was in fact positive for an infection that requires antibiotics!!!!

I took my 4 month old for a flu swab as requested by his primary because of the weekend and after hours, day 6 of him running a fever. Dr. Adler refused to swab him, he stated “it isn’t going to make a difference.” We argued back and forth until he finally said he would do it. He is the most rude, incompetent Doctor I have ever met, as I am a healthcare professional and work with many everyday! Please pay the extra money using your copay and go to the ER where they actually care and do a complete work up! It cost him no extra money other then his time!
