I went into this facility after making an on line appointment. I had no hearing in one ear due to Impacted wax. I was seen first by a tech who took my vitals, then by the resident md who confirmed my problem, and then the tech worked diligently to finally flush out the impacted wax. Very efficient and friendly. Loved the experience.

I went online and made an appointment today and my appointment was confirmed. I showed up 15 minutes before and was told that even if I did have an appointment I had to wait and get in line behind all the people that had signed in before me? Why make the appointmentAt a certain time if you have to wait?

Terrible experience. Was seen by Robert Edward Baber.... he talks at a patient not to a patient. I pity anyone that has to be seen by this man. I went in to get tested for Covid... he assured me that I had it (I didn't). He wore a plastic apron to protect himself, but when I left the room the same apron was hanging on a coat hanger. He evidently wears it to visit all patients possibly having Covid, there-by increasing the chances of spreading the disease. My bill just came in and it is $324.00... This just for a Covid test!! Aren't Covid tests funded by the government as this is a pandemic??!! Horrible place. Not recommended.

Went there with the flu and still waiting on my prescription 24 hours later .. When you call up their the Receptionist hangs up on you .. Very unprofessional and won't go back
