I drove up and the parking lot was completely full. My thoughts were that there would be a long wait. Walked in and only a few people in the waiting room. I was checked in within 5 mnutes of my arrival. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The doctor came in within 5 minutes of my being put into a patient area. The doctor (whose name I do not remember and I have thrown away all paperwork) was extremely nice. He reminds me of the doctors that people remark, "He has such a good bedside manner." First impressions with patients really do matter. And he gave a very good first impression. He was professionally and friendly and an excellent communicator. He provided an ancedote on what I was experiencing. That really helped. I have been to this Patient First before and have taken a good friend there. Each time has been a good experience. The staff are nice and each doctor that I have seen is friendly and able to diagnosis the problem. I like this Patient First better than my Primary Care Physician and have even inquired as to using them as my PCP. I was in and out within 30 minutes and recommend them highly.

The quality of care at Patient First leaves a lot to be desired; the doctors have poor bedside manner and the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Covid recommended precautions are not being followed. I'll be reluctant to go back to Patient First!

I had a fingernail that split vertical all the way to the nailbed it was very painful. I went to this Patient First. The Doctor said it will fall off, you are a diabetic so if I remove it you will get gangrene. There is nothing I can do I will call you in some antibiotic ointment. This fingernail feels like it is ripping off every time it touches anything I had to go home and fashion myself a splint. So this doctor was less than helpful. Told me to go to a hand doctor. I will not return to this place.

I came in with a nail that split all the way to the nail bed and was extremely painful. I was told that it would fall off where it was still attached to the side and bottom. He would call me in some basically some Neosporin. Every time I touch anything it rips a little more and is awful. I had to come home and make myself a splint until it comes off. I will never waste my money coming here again. The rest of the staff was fine and the place clean but this Doctor was useless.
