Booked appointment Alerted staff of appointment arrival multiple times. I arrived to each rescheduled appointment due to issues with physician connection. Heard laughter from staff during "connection issues" Video icon & microphone present during attempt of virtual call as shared with staff on phone call. I wont refer anyone to their facility in person nor virtual. Physician never reached out to communicate about the issues not once. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this provider at all. Terrible experience.
