The wait time and the quality of care was very bad. I had to go to another urgent clinic to get proper treatment, which was refused in this center. I paid out of pocket money for absolutely nothing.

The 1hr wait time seemed like a bit much. However, the doctor was friendly and straight to the point.

Had to wait a while for the doctor to join the visit. Good visit but the doctor never ordered my prescription.

I book a video call because I hurt so bad to move . I waited an hour and then had to call them and tell them I was waiting. I had to call twice.  I guess I waited so long it no longer show me in the portal. I feel like I have the flu. Said I could come in for a flu test but it would be another visit charge. They are treating my symptoms. Everyone was nice but why schedule an appt time and get ignored. Somehow they should be able to communicate that they are running behind . Because I feel if I hadn’t called the second time I would have never been seen.

Nobody came to the call, I waited 20 minutes and no one responded

Held for Dr to answer virtual visit 30+ minutes I had to hang up amd reschedule. Second virtual visit I held over an hour

Time to see doctor was 10 to 20 minutes after the initial appointment. Then I haven't received my meds yet still waiting an I need them badly.

I was able to get good quality care fairly quickly. And easily.

I found the process to easy and very convenient.  The staff was quite personable and knowledgeable.
