My doctor was great. She had an excellent bedside manner. Very courteous and answered all my questions.

I ended up with an absess on my gums on a holiday weekend. Having one before I knew I needed antibiotics so I made a telehealth appointment. While waiting in the virtual waiting room it began to leak puss and blood. The appointment was quick and easy. I had a small hiccup with my prescription being delayed due to a system error, however when I brought this to the Administration they were on top of it QUICK. So very thankful for their quick follow-up and kindness. I am super happy with my experience ☺️

Charging someone for a visit and the only thing they were told is “go to the emergency room” I had to pay $50 for that?
