I book a video call because I hurt so bad to move . I waited an hour and then had to call them and tell them I was waiting. I had to call twice.  I guess I waited so long it no longer show me in the portal. I feel like I have the flu. Said I could come in for a flu test but it would be another visit charge. They are treating my symptoms. Everyone was nice but why schedule an appt time and get ignored. Somehow they should be able to communicate that they are running behind . Because I feel if I hadn’t called the second time I would have never been seen.
