When I went into the office for my appointment, that had been scheduled ahead of time, I waited for a while before being told that I should go to a different location because the wait time would be near an hour. I would understand this if I had not made an appointment but with an appointment it seems reasonable that I could be seen at or near my appointment time. Upon going to the second location I ended up waiting for a considerable amount of time before being seen. I made an appointment so I would not have to spend this much time there but I guess appointments don’t really mean much. Very disappointing first experience here.

I brought my son in due to him not feeling well and his symptoms getting progressively worse. I wasn’t able to get an appointment for his normal provider so I brought him in to urgent care to be assessed. Unfortunately we left with little to no answers as to what was going on and  told it was something “viral” that would run its course. Cough medication and Zyrtec seem to be the cure all at Patient Plus because adolescent patients are not ever throughly evaluated and troublesome symptoms are usually overlooked as being minor when in actuality they might require more attention. My child’s immune system is compromised due to a genetic disorder and he is more prone to infections than a normal child (which a more seasoned provider would be aware of) and mostly always requires an antibiotic to clear what some may consider “mild symptoms” also his irritability is a clear indication that there is something more going on. Patient Plus needs to monitor the care being provided especially towards the adolescent population, whom might not always be able to see their regular doctor and end up having to seek treatment at the establishment. The care provider also addressed another issue for which I was not there for but I am taking that the medical assistant stated incorrectly that I was there for that issue as well, which in turn shows a lack of coordination between the provider and staff.

The receptionist and doctor made me feel listened to. I’m still struggling and will have to wait to see a dermatologist on Tuesday. I appreciate this clinic.

Went to Patient Plus at Bocage due to a fall and a deep cut on my chin. Every interaction I had with each member of the staff there was very pleasant. Everyone was very kind and the doctor had a great bedside manner.  They explained everything to me very well. I did call later due to continued bleeding after and I was reassured that it was normal; they answered my questions very thoroughly and patiently. I can’t say enough good things about the people there! Thank you for the great care! I would recommend this location to anyone who has a need for urgent care or even every day care.

They were extremely nice, helped me check-in, and I didn’t have to wait but a second to see the doctor.  She was very thorough, explained my problem and prescribed meds.  I will go back there if I ever need urgent care again.

I got there before 4 pm and left after 6pm. The provider had an attitude bc I had an attitude bc I waited 2 hrs to be seen for 20 minutes. I sat in the room waiting for a over a half hour. No urgency from the doctor at urgent care. The last 2 times I've visited, I've left with an "i don't know. Let's try this and let's see what happens" type of diagnosis. I get it. It can get busy but only having 1 doctor that moves really slow is not what I would consider quality care

Had a fever and itchiness in my chest that made me want to cough. I scheduled online really quickly. My check-in was probably 10 seconds!  Wanted to make sure I didn’t have anything that would make the vulnerable around me sick, so I came to get tested. Thankfully, I was negative for everything they could test for. I was encouraged to continue to mask because I was not fever-free, provided Mucinex to take over the next few days. The front desk staff was kind, the nurse was compassionate, and the physician that cared for me was knowledgeable. This is my go-to place if anyone in my family is not feeling my best. I would recommend this location for anyone.
