The doctor was very nice, professional, and took the time to address my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. When it was time to pay my $30 copay, I attempted to use my debit card. The front desk employee told me she had already charged the card on file. I asked her to tell me the last four digits of the card she used, and she did. I immediately informed her that those numbers did not belong to any of my cards. I explained that I did not have a card ending in those four digits, but she processed the charge anyway. Now I have to take time out of my day to contact the billing department so the incorrect charge can be refunded to the actual cardholder. This situation was frustrating, avoidable, and handled unprofessionally. I hope Patient Plus reviews its payment verification procedures to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Had some pain in left side and checked in and paid upfront 130.00 only for a PA to say I can’t be treated there . I mentioned that it may be diverticulitis and she said that she can’t give me antibiotics without being sure that this is what I had . She did not examine me and said she was sorry.  No examination at all she never even touched my stomach.  I left but was charged $130.00  why charge me ?
