Had sore arm. PA was friendly and professional. Seemed to be knowledgeable about upper arm muscles and explained how to treat it.

The wait time for this visit wasn’t bad. Maybe 10-15 minutes. I pay out of pocket for these visits and I do think it’s incredibly strange to pay upfront before even being tended to. This visit costed me $100 just to get in the door. Not including treatment cost.  The PA was very rude and condescending. She did not want me to ask any questions or enquire about my health. I’m a microbiologist and I’m very familiar with medical science. The PA treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. And invalidated any concerns that I had. I only saw the PA for maybe 4 minutes, she was in a rush to end the visit that I had just paid $100 for. I always have this experience here, so this will be my last visit.

Was able to quickly schedule an appointment online. Check in could have been smoother and I waited awhile before being called, but the clinic was busy that day. The tech and PA that I saw were kind, professional, made conversation, and took my concern seriously. This was my second time coming to this location and I will continue to come back for urgent care issues. Thank you!

I came back from Florida not feeling well and they saw me right away.  Tested me for Covid, flu and strep - all negative.  Chest X-ray confirmed pneumonia.  Wrote a script and had me back home pretty quickly.  Very clean and professional establishment.

Clinic opened doors on time. I arrived as a walk in patient. Front desk staff helped me get checked in right away.  Very friendly and didn’t mind helping me.  I was seen within 10 minutes.  Dr was very helpful. He listened to my issues and even came back into the room after his examination to make sure I understood the medication prescribed and answered all my questions.  Bathroom and clinics rooms very clean

I use the user-friendly app so everything is prepared for my arrival. I love that the clinic is consistently clean with professional employees.

The staff here is wonderful. So kind, and easy to be transparent with providers. Feels nonjudgmental!

Did have some wait time with retrieving my checkout papers but great visit overall. Easy check in and very friendly staff.
