Short wait time. The front desk worker was very sweet. The tech I had taking my vitals was also very nice. My NP was very condescending, and was talking to me like I am 5 years old. I have 5 years of experience of working in other urgent care clinics, so I know how unacceptable and rude her attitude was. I was being extremely nice to the entire staff. It does not have to be this way. I am not upset with the advice she gave me. I completely understand where she was coming from, and I’m sure she has a vast amount of medical knowledge. She just had a terrible attitude. I understand that people get tired toward the end of 12 hour shifts. Ive worked millions of them in urgent care clinics. But that doesn't mean you should talk to your patients like they were born yesterday, and like they are the dumbest person on earth for coming to get seen.

Had several chest pain and waited too long to be seen in my opinion. I was only talked to for 5 minutes and immediately sent to the ER. I spent $50 of my own money just to be told to go to the ER. All the ER did was give me pain medication. I didn’t even get any of that money back. So overall, I spent $50 just for them to tell me to go to the ER, the ER had a longer wait time, and they gave me pain medication that could’ve just been give to me by urgent care. I’m never coming back here. They were nice though, I guess.
