The nurse who took my mother’s history and the doctor were so kind to her. She’s nearly 88 and has dementia. They were so patient. Can’t say enough about wonderful they were.

For a person who is ill and feeling horrible having to complete online forms especially if the person is not tech savvy is difficult. The two check in people who are a total waste of a job because the patient has to do all the work treated me like I was bothering them. They would not make eye contact while I stood there I had to start the conversation. One of them was playing on an electronic device and when when she finally acknowledged me I could see by her expression that I was interrupting something she thought was more important than my being there. When I arrived I did not get a welcome just a quick and abrupt direction to a kiosk to complete my information. Neither of the the two asked if they could do anything to assist as they could clearly see I was feeling horrible. However the nurse and physician assistant were awsome their patients and people skills are some of the best I have ever seen they were very professional, thoughtful and compassionate. I would highly recommend the nurse and physician assistant to anyone. I would not recommend the two people working the front desk I think they should get additional people skills training or maybe find a different job that doesn’t require so much interaction with people. So to answer the question of whether I would return or recommend this facility the answer would be yes as long as you don’t have to interact with the two specific individuals at the reception area. I felt very unwelcome by them. I hope that someone doesn’t treat one of their family members the cold way they treat their patients. In highly recommended the nurse and physician assistant!

I scheduled my appointment online   I waited for an hour until I was called back but people who came in after me went back before me.  The 2 girls behind the front desk acted like they didn’t want to be there. They also didn’t really have a clue what was going on.  The staff in the back could have been friendlier as well.  Everyone pretty much acted like they did not care.   It definitely wasn’t a good vibe there at all

doc didn’t tell me nothing like they should. just one word answers when i would ask questions. didn’t seem professional.

We were able to be seen quickly, and the wait time was very short. Ash was friendly and knowledgeable, and she made my son as comfortable as she could during treatment. We’ll definitely come back in the future!

I was in severe pain and they saw everyone before me. I did my sign-in before I got there. I saw others signing in after me and were called. Waited in the back forever only to be told she could not help me. She never touched me or even examined where I was hurting. I went to the ER and they gave me pain meds and musle relaxers. Found out the muscles in my face, sholder and are were seizing up. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. My son is a police officer and went right before me for his hand being cut. They gave him antibiotics and pain meds the exact some ones the Emergency Room gave me. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.
