Walked in and checked in and was in the back and the doctor came in all happened in approximately 20 mins! Check in process is so easy. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely loved the doctor who came in to treat us. Check out process is super easy as well! Love this clinic and will recommend it to everyone!! 10/10 hands down

I made an appointment online & was taken to a room very quickly. All staff from the front desk to the medical assistant & NP were very polite & friendly. The only thing that could have been better was to have Xray available as I needed an xray but will have to go somewhere else to get it done. I do still recommend this location & I know they usually have xray staff onsite but I think this was a one off.

I was in last week with ear infection and was given an ear drop that didn’t work, returned yesterday . Nurse cleaned my ear out and was given antibiotics. When I got home my ear was bleeding inside.

Nurse practitioner that my son's saw tonight I never seen him there before I loved him he listened to my sons he talked to my sons to see what was the problem what was going on with anybody I forgot his name I'll give him 10 Stars I bought my youngest son there four times was his fourth visit this evening and this doctor that he saw he listened to my children he let them explain the symptoms that was feeling and he helped me and tell me what to do with him the other doctors they were saying rushing them out cuz it was time to go we were still after hours they was clocked up clothes we still was in there he didn't worry about the time he wasn't trying to hurry up and get out of there and go home cuz it was after 9:00 him his nursing his staff 10 Stars if I could 10x⭐ we need more nurse practitioners like him that listen to the patient kudos to him I never seen him there before and I'm always bringing my children to urgent care and that's my first time seeing him he was very respectful he listen he didn't worry about the time cuz they was closing it was the last ones there lights off you didn't rush us he talked to them explain to them what to do while they are sick to pass a sickness certain things to eat and what not to eat no one never told my kids you know why you're sick you can't eat certain things he explain them things that they can't eat at the moment why they sick I want to thank that doctor a nurse practitioner and his staff 10 ⭐ rating for them this evening

The scheduling was simple and had multiple time slots. Upon arriving at night time, already registered online, we still waited for over an hour while in the room for some kind of diagnosis. The entire reason for choosing an after hours clinic was to get an actual diagnosis. Not to be told that we need a general practioners advice. A waste of time and co-pay.

First, the door to the back of house was wide open when I arrived. FNP-C Mason McKnight’s attitude was dismissive and off-putting. Mason spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Overall, I got the impression that my visit was a burden to him. The nurse who took my vitals was also in such a rush that she fumbled and dropped the oral thermometer in my lap. I asked her whether I should take test for strep throat. She shrugged her shoulders and said it’s up to me. Bad visit today. I already don’t feel good, so to deal with poor attitudes was a disappointment. Put a sign up at the front desk notifying visitors who is providing care each day so I can visit a different location if Mason is there again. Scheduling was fine. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Woke up with post nasal drip, cough and ear pain. I made an appointment with no problems. The doctor I saw was very professional and very caring. She explained to me what was going on with my condition and also explained what medications she was prescribing and why. I was in and out in a very short time. The service I received at your clinic was excellent. I will continue to use them as needed. Thank you for such wonderful clinics you have set up to treat people when family doctors are not available, after hours and on weekends. Your service is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend your facility

I went in with my concerns and Mr. Hunt was awesome. He explained to me everything I was doing to affect my symptoms and what I needed to do better. He even showed compassion and got on me which was cool cause I needed it. The clinic is lucky to have him. I was in and out in no time.
