Scheduling was easy but pointless because you get there for a 12:30 appointment and waited for almost 2 hours to be seen. All walk-ins go in before your scheduled time. Not very clear on directions or follow up instructions. You have to ask questions for follow up. No trash receptacle in the bathroom. Threw away my first sample and I had to go back to provide another sample. No relief from symptoms since this morning so could have just waited to be seen by my regular care giver.

I had a really great experience at urgent care! Everyone was so kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I especially want to recognize Lovely, the CMA, Justin, the NP, and Reagan, the CSR. They each made my visit so much easier and more comfortable. Lovely was very friendly and attentive, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns, and Reagan was so pleasant and helpful throughout the check-in process. It’s always refreshing to receive such great customer service and genuine care, especially when you’re not feeling your best. Thank you all for making my visit a positive experience! You guys were amazing, and your kindness definitely did not go unnoticed. ❤️
