Scheduling was a little tedious doing on my phone rather than filling out paper work, often not submitting properly or taking a photo of my insurance didn't work. Got there around 3 and had to wait almost and hour and 30 minutes to receive care while one other person was was waiting. Seems to be understaffed, but the employees there were exceptionally nice and responsive.

Went in for a job related situation and did not realize the business was ran without professionalism. While in room waiting waiting on the urgent care doctor to return to the room, the staff got into an argument about my medical visit, I thought that was not the time or place to discuss the issue especially to the volume where I can hear it. I will not be returning. This office needs to practice how to conduct business and conduct it in a professional manner.

Easy to check in without a lot of questions to answer. Staff was very nice, pleasant, understanding  and knowledgeable. I felt as if I was really cared for. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The scheduling was very easy without a list of things to fill in.
