Had a cough and runny nose for a few days and tried several over the counter meds. No relief, began to feel achy, so I decided to go to UC. Best decision I could have made. The staff was warm and friendly. The nurse took my vitals and gave me tests for Covid and Influenza, thank goodness both came back negative. Then the provider came in, she patiently discussed my symptoms and examined me and wrote two prescriptions, one for a cough syrup and the other for a cold tablet. After taking the medications for one day, my nose finally stopped running and by the 2nd day, my cough had improved as well. By the time, I finished the cough syrup which was 4 days later, my cough and cold symptoms were gone. Again, great staff and great provider. This will be my permanent go to Urgent Care Facility whenever I have another illness. 🩷

First time there everyone was polite and friendly I’ll go again if needed

I visited this clinic because I was experiencing fever, dehydration, and possible side effects from Bactrim. My vital signs were stable, but an EKG was performed and I was told I had an irregular heartbeat. Based on that result, the provider instructed me to go directly to the ER. After more than two hours of evaluation at the ER, I was told that my heart rhythm was normal and that the clinic’s EKG reading was inaccurate. This led to an unnecessary emergency visit and significant stress. During my urgent care visit, my concerns about Bactrim were dismissed, but the ER nurse later advised me to stop taking it due to likely medication‑related symptoms. The communication at the clinic felt rushed, and I did not feel fully heard or reassured before being sent to the ER.

My daughter had rashes in her skin so we decided to take her because we couldn’t get sudden appointment with her pediatrician. The receptionist was welcoming and warm. Check in was smooth and easy. The nurse was also friendly and warm and so was the RN

Scheduling was really easy, as well as check-in. The staff were super friendly and kindhearted. The care was very good, and easy. Overall, my experience was really good.

Had a very good experience as a walk-in at this urgent care. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient. Really listened to what I had to say. Definitely recommend.
