It was packed this Sunday but they were kind to all, brought me bottle water for my cough. It took 2 hours to get in but when I did was treated very well. Not all Urgent cares have Dr.on staff. I am well please, even got a happy birthday.

I called and was told they don't do appointments so walked in. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and had to go to the desk to ask what the hold up was. They got me in a room 15 minutes later where I waited for another half hour. Then they moved me to another room for 15 minutes before ever seeing the practitioner. The visit from start to finish was nearly 3 hours long!!! The practitioner did not communicate with me about my injury, I had to continually ask questions, may of which I didn't think to ask until I left. I felt like I was a head of cattle slowly being transported from pen to pen. If you don't have to go here then I advise you not to.

I do not understand why this office cannot get my one prescription ready for me on time! They hassle me by saying they can’t renew this prescription until I come in! I come in all the time and they still can’t get it right! I am always late by 3 or 4 days to get my meds! I get very ill! I am from out of town by 45 minutes? Is this fair? How can we “ right” this wrong?

There are so much paper work. They update every couple of months and it took about 30mins to do the paper work. Then I had to wait another 45 mins to b taken in the back. There I waited another 30 more mins to b seen by an np. Np was pretty nice which made the day a bit better but I would try somewhere else from this point on.

Not the place you want to go to for medical services. Staff are not friendly. You get better service in prison.
