Do not get taken advantage of here by their unlawful billing practices. They are supposed to be an urgent care but bill as "group billing" which makes your co-pay a specialist co-pay. This happened to my daughter on 2 occasions. They took her $25 urgent care co-pay but then billed as a group to our United Health Care. When United tried calling them to assist with the claim, they refused to bill properly. Take your healthcare elsewhere.

I had scheduled an auto crash evaluation. Yet upon arrival the two receptionists tell me they " dont do autos" & try to send me elsewhere. I say no, I made the appt. They were unprofessional, sighing, lecturing me, not letting me finish a sentence. I waited almost1.5 hrs ( there were hardly any patients). I get to the back & have to explain some rather complex problems to the radiologic tech who goes and explains them to the MD ( sort of like the " telephone game). Although I thought the MD competent & empathetic, he did not know how to LISTEN & clearly wasnt interested in auto claims ( " we dont do them"). Aa a provider myself, I have never skipped a basic neuro exam-- reflexes, opthalmoscopic exam etc in a patient complaining of severe headache, nausea and vertigo. EVERYTHING was " muscle strain." He showed me exercises I had been doing for my now swollen artificial shoulder for two years. I asked for a referral to a treating neurologist. " We dont give referrals." Yet he supposedly gave me one to a shoulder surgeon. It has been 9 days-- I have yet to have my Cspine checked etc. So I write an honest review. The local branch manager calls me and tries to lecture me on calling " his" front desk staff " unprofessional." It is an apt adjective. THEN the CEO of the company that presumably owns all the PFs writes a patently uninformed response, raising absurd issues and not addressing the actual ones. There is something wrong with this company. The provider, despite his " exam," I could see, is competent-- just needs to learn to listen. And the radiological tech had to be a Jack-of-all-trades, but was nice & professional. Someone entered my history incorrectly, assigning me diagnostic codes that were inaccurate. I doubt the MD did that. PF needs to lose the ATTITUDE at the front desk...you can go to almost any other medical facility in this town and be greeted professionally and nicely and PRIVATELY. And PF needs to figure out why SOME of its staff indicate " no auto claims" and now the CEO contradicts that...also there IS NO TRIAGE at PF that I can see, EXCEPT by the untrained front desk staff. Where/ who " triaged," Mr. CEO? I guess if you have a splinter or need a tetanus shot or want a PCR test, this is an acceptable place; otherwise, I suggest TMH's Urgent Care. You are just going to get a run-around and STILL need to see an outside doctor for treatment if you go here...and it is my understanding that all PF are owned by the same company. Good luck. At least the place was clean and the actual provider and radiologic tech were pleasant and courteous.
