I went there late in the evening so I made an appointment to come back in the morning doctor was very friendly he let you know what was going on as he was recording.. I had a sprained ankle but he still wanted me to go get an x-ray

Staff and all very nice. The PA, not a Dr, who saw me was hesitant upon cking my symptoms which were sores in my nose. He took tool off wall rack and looked, not even where the sores were! Then replaced tool ( which did NOT have a protective sleeve on it, nor did he sanitize it, then proceeded to look again when I showed him place to look inside nostril on wall close to opening, again without protective sleeve covering or wiping down with disinfectant. I felt like he was humoring me when clearly the sores were present. Again, he took tool and replaced on wall rack with other tools! Never cleaning it. He did prescribe an antibacterial ointment , so that’s something. No, I would not recommend this PA, as I now question their total cleanliness. Was appalled, have never seen anything like it. I feel sorry for next person he sticks that implement into their nose or ears or wherever. Very unprofessional.
