I love this place. So efficient. I think I'm so used to everything being so incompetent these days that when you come across competence it is genuinely shocking. In a good way.

went to urgent care with my son on a saturday, he had green mucus, green goop coming out of eyes, nasty cough. they diagnosed him with croupe(which i didn’t think he had but they insisted) they gave him a serious and send us on our way. by monday he still wasn’t better so i called his pediatrician and they diagnosed him with a sinus infection and gave us an antibiotic and said he definetly did not have croup.  a week later i went to urgent care with my daughter for the same symptoms. the PA said she just has a virus and to give benedryl to dry her up. the next day she was 10xs worse. so we went back to urgent care and the PA gave us drops for her eyes and ear drops in case she has an ear infection. i asked if we can just do an oral antibiotic and she said no because she might have an ear infection. she also told me it doesn’t matter the color of her mucus. green mucus doesn’t mean anything! when i left i called the on call pediatrician and they prescribed my daughter amoxicillin to treat whatever is going on with her.  i don’t know what’s going on with urgent care. never had a bad experience until the last 3 times!

We love this pediatric urgent care always, and this visit was no exception. My son loved the doctor, we figured out what was going on, and went home to rest. We appreciated how quick everything went, especially with it being late at night.

We saw the PA at around 8pm and he was very condescending towards me and my husband. We came in because my son had red bumps all over him and really bad diarrhea that he has had for the past week. He claimed that it is impetigo but with one Google search and asking my father, who is an emergency room doctor it is not that. He was talking to us like we were stupid and claimed that he just has a viral infection and sent us on our way. He did not order any topical ointment which he said that there are a few that could help. He talked to us like we were stupid saying that he will be fine and that all he can do is “reassure us” and that it’s idiopathic so he will be ok. Idk what kind of care that is. Please get better and more knowledgeable “doctors”. Everyone else is great

We were there less than 10 minutes. Got into the room doctor walked in with us and said you have to go to children’s and gave us a paper and sent us away. $50.00 copay for 10 minutes and no answers
