I brought my daughter in with a sensitive  issue and the doctor made my daughter feel very comfortable.  Even after calling in prescriptions that were out of stock and somehow denied our insurance at one drug store, she personally called a different area drug store to see if the medications were in stock and waited to be sure our insurance approved them.  She went out of her way to help us!
