We had an appointment for a covid shot and waited an hour from our appointment time despite minimal patients and zero explanation. Front desk seemed confused about the delay and could not give us a time estimate. Eventually she went and found a nurse who took us back. It was a total reverse of our first experience where we came in, went right back, and got in and out quickly.

I brought my daughters to get their 2nd COVID vaccines. Made an appointment ahead of time. The young woman at the front desk was miserable (she was miserable when I brought them for their first appointment too). My children were healthy, however, we were expected to sit in the waiting room with extremely sick children who were not masked. We were brought to an exam room 45 minutes after our appointment time. The woman who administered the vaccines was wonderful and professional. She's the only reason I didn't give 1 star. There should be a much better system in place for vaccination appointments. I'm pretty unsatisfied with our experience.

I came in today to her my children covid-19 vaccines. I scheduled my appointment 3 days ago online and when I arrived there were 3 other individuals ahead of me. They were all seen and left as well as a few that came in after me before someone called for us, which was only to give me the NYS vaccine forms to complete(over 30 minutes after my arrival and checking in) the forms seems ridiculous as when we we’re finally called back 45 minutes after it our scheduled appointment, we were asked all the questions as on the form in addition to already providing your company our insurance information. I expressed my concern over the length of time we were there to the first nurse who became rude and unprofessional. We then we’re taken to be given the shot and that individual was very friendly to my children but short with me. We were then told to wait in the waiting room and no one came to check on us. I was also not told when to get the next injection. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in a center dedicated to pediatric patients. I will never take my children back to your company I will drive the same amount of distance to children’s hospital should they need urgent or emergency care. I will also be sharing with all our parent friends the horrendous service we received.

I brought my son for his COVID vaccine. Online booking was so easy, everyone was incredibly friendly, overall wonderful experience!

We had an appointment, but it felt like it didn’t matter as we waited so long. Staff were great and friendly, but waiting was so long.

The staff is always so wonderful with my daughter. She wasn’t excited about getting a shot but the nurses got her excited by taking her temperature, checking her heart and giving her a freeze pop and STICKERS!

We are so grateful for this location. Wait was short. Staff is great. Thank you for providing wonderful care!

Super efficient PCR test. The staff were incredibly friendly and they provide me with all the necessary information.
