The staff was amazing!!!!! Barely any wait time but I feel the rooms need to be updated. They don’t appear to be clean or sanitary. I don’t feel comfortable with my child being examined on a bed sheet that someone else has once been on—- it doesn’t matter if it’s been washed or not. The tvs don’t work either!

Lily at the desk was amazing! I was dealing with an insurance issue and Lily was kinda patient and reassuring while I was panicking. The 2 nurses we dealt with her great. The NP -Andrea- was not nice, she spoke to me very rudely when we arrived and then when I asked a question about her course of action after she scolded me, she gave no real explanation. She was very dismissive and rude.
