Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY, Williamsville

So nice to be able to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, wait time was not long at all. Good service. Would definitely recommend to family/friends.

We had a quick service even though it was full of sick children.

Waiting room was not the cleanest. Kids toy area was dirty, food on floor, and visible uncleanliness on kids chair. The room had books, with 90% of pages ripped out.

From check in to check out, every one was so incredibly nice and understanding. I brought my 10 month old in for a cough and had to bring my 6 and 4 year old along. They gave them freeze pops and talked to them while my daughter was being cared for. Definitely will be my first pick for care other than our primary doctor!

Had to come in 3 days in a row due to the treatment my son needed. Each day we came in all of the staff was friendly, understanding and caring.  Of course we had a slight wait each day as the clinic was busy. Despite how busy it was, staff remained professional, polite and worked diligently to attend to patients.  I will say this location is very consistent with treatment / wait times etc. Even when the waiting room is packed, they seem to move patiently rather quickly which is why I make the drive to this office! Thank you to all the staff from reception to provider for providing great care.

Was easy to schedule appointment.  Quick check in process.  Staff were good with my 3 year old grand daughter.  Happy with the care she received.  Off to the pharmacy!

We came in at 9:30pm and everyone was kind and efficient. They had us in, seen, an xray taken, and out by 10pm. Couldn't be more thankful for their quick work!

We were in the area visiting family and needed to take our little one to urgent care. The staff and doctor were helpful, knowledgeable, and provided the best possible experience during our time of need. They even provided medication to help us get through the day until we were able to get to the store. We arrived close to closing time, but they still took great care of us. I would highly recommend this pediatric and adolescent urgent care!
