Pediatric urgent care should probably have some toys for the kids to play with.

After waiting nearly an hour and a half we learned they had accidentally appointment was accidentally canceled. I wouldn’t have minded the error so much if I hadn’t approached the desk an hour prior and been waved off without them even checking the computer.

The nurse who administered the vaccine for my son was amazing! She was friendly, informative and helpful.

We had an appointment for 2 of our children for vaccines. After 2 families who signed in after were seen before us we left.-We had made appointments and filled out all of the paperwork in advance. Unfortunately, we ended up going into Walgreens for a much better experience.

Awful

We had a 10 am apt for a Covid vax. At 1015 we were notified they were just taking tha vaccines out to thaw and it would be an additional 30 min wait. We finally got our shot at 11. I would recommend not a scheduling shots until they are actually ready to be given

All was good except website says same day results if test done by noon. Doesn’t say except Sunday. You should fix the website so people are aware.

Fast easy to make appts, friendly caring staff and overall great experience!

Everyone was extremely nice and polite!

Staff was very friendly, took time, and really put us at ease. Appreciate the convenience of the curbside testing as well!
