I didn't want to go to any urgent care with my nephew. I found this location (Winter Garden) and the staff was so accommodating, kind and simply the best (5 star from the reception desk, to the nurses and doctor). The vibes I got after this visit were that this practice truly does care about your loved one's health. PS: Reserve a time slot and do the "paperwork" online IN ADVANCE to save time for everyone :)!

**WARNING: MEDICAL NEGLECT by Dr. Pankaj Shroff** My son came in severely dehydrated and unable to keep fluids down and Dr. Pankaj Shroff was only willing to give him an anti-nausea medication even though I argued about the need for IV fluids with dextrose. I had to argue to even check his sugar, which was low and should have been treated but dr. Shroff said he was comfortable waiting until his sugar was at 40 (you should be treated at 60). I argued back-and-forth with dr. Shroff and he refused to treat my son even though I knew what he needed because I happen to be a pediatric nurse. They clearly did not want to have a patient after 10:30 PM or to keep him until closing at midnight, so instead of treating my son they neglected him. They were more concerned about clocking out over the well-being of a small child. This doctor should be fired, he should not be practicing, he does not have your child’s well-being prioritized. My son ended up getting admitted to the hospital for severe dehydration, with low sugar and bicarb levels. He needed extensive IV fluids, dextrose and anti nausea medication. All of this could’ve been avoided had he been treated appropriately the first time around. Once we realize my son was worsening we decided to take him to a real hospital instead of his joke of an urgent care. If you care even the least bit about your kid’s well-being you will not take them here. They do not prioritize seeing patients based on needs and do not give a crap about your child. Shut this place down and advocate for your children.
