I have visited multiple times to this location staff security is very inconstant. One week they’ll say only one parent and no siblings other week they’ll say parents the siblings and grandparents everyone can join in the visit. Its hard to take care of a sick child alone and when you prepare for the other parent to be able to join you and the child then they stop you at the door and say they cant come it’s frustrating but then the next visit its a different story. The front desk is very short. Very unprofessional. When trying to be friendly theyll give you attitude. The doctors are also short. They dont seem to care about the children. For example my son went in with a rash and the doctor stood by the door looked at him from a far said it was some sort of irritation or his skin issued cream and left . He didnt examine my child didnt ask me my concerns or if he was even allergic to anything. My experience with Phoenix hospital and there counterparts is always the same . Everyone is short with you and never seem to genuinely care about the children. They seem more into the fact that they are just in this medical field as a job and not with passion.
