There was some glitch at the register when paying and I was charged two separate $75 dollar transactions, instead of the one $75 fee required by my insurance. I remember her scanning my card twice but I only received one receipt. When I called billing to reverse this they were very unhelpful. They said all they could do was send me an email in 24 hours in which I would have to prove that I was charged twice and then wait 5-7 days for an answer. This was a simple mistake that I almost didn’t notice and I would appreciate it if they would own up to the error and refund me the $75 overcharge. The money has been paid to them, so I do not understand why they will admit error. This is not how to conduct business.

I always am pleased with the services provided here.  My appointment was easy to schedule, I had 5 minute wait time, and was encouraged by the practitioner who advised more testing to get a firm diagnosis for me.  Everyone is kind and that helps when you aren’t feeling yourself.

Was asked by the NP about what medication I wanted to take for my issue. I thought that was their job to figure out the right course of treatment. Will never go back there again. Went to my normal pcp this morning and he was appalled by their lack of knowledge with medications/ professionalism. Was prescribed something that would actually help my issue with my own dr. The NP that day prescribed me something that wouldn't help at all. Very unprofessional.

Went for a strep test after fever and headache. Friendly staff, but couldn’t tell me the charges that would be sent to my insurance, so no way of knowing what I’d be billed. I ended up paying the “self-pay” price. It would have been nice to see the insurance price so I could make the best financial decision. I won’t be going back.

Physicians Care Chattanooga is always our go to for a sick family member. It's so much easier to use their services than waiting a week or longer to see our primary care physician. The entire staff is fantastic!
