Waited 40 min for a call that lated 2 min. To make matters worse, I was prescribed a brand that is unaffordable, unreasonably high priced. Basically, I did not get any help & paid $70 for it

I was so thankful the Dr. was so caring because I've not had good experiences in the past with other Dr's. So I am truly thankful for his wonderful bedside manner.

I chose to go with the virtual visit for the first time. It was very simple to navigate from start to finish. However, once my appointment time came, it came and was waiting for almost 20 minutes before picking up the phone and calling. Apparently there was an interface issue between the counter and the doctor who stated she didn't see me on her side as if I wasn't there/no appointment..... Once the issue was resolved it was excellence in all aspects. It's also $50 cheaper than an in person visit :) I've always received excellent care when visiting Physicians Care in East Ridge and the virtual visit worked out just fine as well. I needed antibiotics, and was an easy evaluation, cut and dry but can see were an in person visit would work best for more serious or complex issues. I would recommend Physicians Care without hesitation.

The ease of making and having the appointment was great. Only issue that I’m having is getting the prescription to the pharmacy. It’s been a couple hours now and the pharmacy has yet to get the prescription l.

First telemed visit.   Waited 45 minutes.   Went to pharmacy to get script.   No prescription sent in.  Never asked about allergies.   I’m allergic to penicillin.   Prescribed augmentin - penicillin script.   No way to call medical provider back.   Terrible experience and I’ll be out $120

Time difference made for over an hour wait first appt got cancelled and disconnected after waiting over an hour rescheduled finally got thru after another 1 hour wait everything else so super easy and helpful

I waited on hold for an hour with nothing, 30 mins in, I got charged for the visit. I was literally going to press the hang up button when the NP finally got on the call. There should be some sort of queue showing you that you at least hadnt been forgotten about or that someone will get to you.
