At Physicians Care, we understand that when the need for care is urgent to you, the solution needs to be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient. Instead of an expensive trip to the ER or a long wait for a doctor’s appointment, our urgent care centers in south and east Tennessee are open late and on weekends. Physicians Care treats injuries and illnesses, as well as provides occupational health and wellness care.

Non-emergent healthcare conditions treated by Physicians Care include: sprains, strains and broken bones; eye and ear infections; burns; bites, stings and allergic reactions; asthma and respiratory issues; flu, colds and viral illnesses; diarrhea, nausea and vomiting; urinary tract infections, and much more. Physicians Care also has suturing and X-ray capabilities, as well as provides both diagnostic and preventive care including wellness visits, management and monitoring of chronic conditions, annual physicals, DOT exams, immunizations, and most vaccinations. This morning had a slight infection in my eye that got progressively worse as the day went on. Showed up at the PhyCare around 6:30pm. The longest wait of the entire visit was the 5 min it took to fill out paperwork. I was ushered into the exam room, within seconds the sweet PA showed up, made the diagnosis, and I was out the door. Best. Doctor. Visit. EVER.

I didn't care for the nurse she wasn't considered, friendlyike that didnt care how I felt and she was very rude to me and the PA not professional want be back at this one. I hope I dont get a bill for something I already knew just needed it on paper .

My son had a football injury that needed a diagnosis. The front office staff, bedside CMA, and doctor were all amazing, courteous and empathetic. They took great care of my son and even engaged my younger sons, so the entire family felt valued. They were very efficient and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner.
