When I arrived and checked in it showed one person in front of me. I sat in the lobby for probably 30 min and only 1 person left from the back while I was waiting. Once I was taken back I waited at least 30 min for the dr to come in. She was only in the room for a couple of minutes to say yes it’s poison ivy they will come in with the shot. She was very friendly. After waiting longer for them to come in with a shot the guy walked in and just looked at me and didn’t tell me what he was doing. I finally had to say is this in the hip and he said yes.

I have been to that Physicans Care  at least 4  times. They are very thorough in diagnosing your symptoms. And all of the staff are amazing!! And they will call you ASAP with test results. I would definitely recommend them!

I cut my wrist at work my boss took me to your office and the staff there were great the nurse was very nice and the doc was also and they both done a great job sowing me back up I would highly recommend this place they were great

Super sweet staff!  Great service. Lady we saw was very kind and knowledgeable.

While the wait time to see the doctor was 50 minutes after my appointment time, my vitals were taken within 10 minutes of my appointment time.   The bedside manner of my doctor was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and created an excellent treatment plan.  I definitely recommend this provider.

This is the first time I’ve had my five year old here and they were so amazing with her . The MA (didn’t get his name ) was so sweet to her . I feel like the provider , Rachel , was very thorough and I would definitely see her again . This was a great experience and I’d highly recommend.

Got into poison oak/ivy had a horrible night with itching. Could not see my regular doctor. Got in today as soon as I got there, no wait. Got what I needed and all the staff was great!👍

Although I was able to get into see someone with relative ease, my prescriptions were not sent over to the pharmacy for 4 hours. They knew I was traveling and still did not explain that they don’t send prescriptions to the pharmacy right away. We had to go to 2 different CVS at our destination and still had to go to a Publix to get the prescriptions.

Staff was amazing nice and understanding once in the back had a little wait time but nothing not understandable super friendly and kind
